Ever since the disembodied question I keep wondering if I'll hear anymore or experience anymore weirdness. A part of me would like to as it would be fun to base a novel or short story on the events. The only trouble with that is, I feel like Tom Selleck in Her Alibi. His character, Peter Lockwood, has been in a dry spell for four years and finally has found a bestseller when he spies the Romanian girl accused of murder in court. To find out what happens next in his book--as his inspiration is tied to her--he provides her with an alibi. Unfortunately, I don't that luxury. If it's truly not my imagination then I have to wait for the next event. True I could make it up, I'm a writer for heaven's sake. But it feels more realistic--at least for me--if it is written on more than just a handful of occurrences.
The other part of me, while definitely hoping it is not my ee-maj (writer's licence to use own words here), is leery of any ghostly manifestations after dark. Completely understandable. We'll just see what happens.
I also need to start on my article for Pan, the Greek satyr. It's due the 20th, and I wanna have it done before then. If I do, Mom owes me an apology. She believes I'll wait until the seventh day before it's due to begin research and probably even later to write the article. For once I intend not to procrastinate.
