Howdy. Yesterday I decided, in a last hope/attempt to keep my
Yahoo! account, to write the help desk. Today I received an answer to my complaint I lodged yesterday. Basically, I was told that as it is a web-based email service Yahoo! has no control over who sends the email content to whichever person. And that if I get a message from a MAILER-DAEMON saying that an email was returned because the recipient was unknown or there was no such user (which is what I got) then it's due to someone using my ID. In short, there's
nothing Yahoo! can do about it. So someone's having a good hurrah at my expense, cuz I got two more such notices yesterday and at least three more today. So if any of you want my new email addy at Yahoo!, either email me at

I have no plans for New Year's. I wish I did; it was so easy to plan Halloween's. Heck, it seems the last few Halloweens have been easy to plan. And last year New Year's was easy because I had Heather all to myself. But this year, for the first time I draw a blank at what I want to do. =os
