It's Saturday?
07-13-2002 E 7:44 p.m.
Hey! We just missed another Friday the 13th by one day! And that gives me an idea. *note to self: Must tell Jen plan for Spook Night* Mike and Jen will be gone by Halloween. I wish to see Sleepy Hollow again and, as it's perfect for Halloween festivities, I thought Jen and I could have a Spook Night while Mike is stuck in Basic Training. And having it on Friday the 13th would add to the atmosphere, yes?

*wishes she had a small bucket of ice water to dump over her* Gees, it's hot!!! *has sat in front of a fan going full blast, had a rootbeer float and has her window open, but still is melting like a creamie pop in July* LOL =os We had rain a couple times, but the cloud cover kept the heat in. *wishes for a real, all-out-and-out thunder and lightning storm with rain that will cool us all off* Besides being spectacular, those kind give me a mini high. Aaannndd, the rain would be good for our area. *nods*

I think I'll watch The Grass Is Greener later with Cary Grant.

It looks like Kjerstina and I are going camping Wednesday and Thursday. She called me today to change dates and whatnot. I don't get to see her enough so it'll be a treat. I'm thinking of talking to her about moving down to Utah if I ever manage to graduate. Ha ha. With my seizures and what have you, I'll need a roommate. Kjerstina is going into nursing; she's helped me before and she's a friend so she won't mind my idiosyncrasies. ;o) Even if she can't it'll be an opportunity to make a new friend--hopefully. *has had a bad experience with a raunchy roommate*

The petition is here and I need to fill it out tomorrow. With events rolling out as they are, I'm almost positive I'm going back to school in the fall. =os On the one hand, I'll finish school quicker, yay me--once again if I manage to graduate. On the other, I have no desire to go. I'd rather just move on. But if I did, I'd have a whole line of people lined up to wring my neck. Plus, I'd be told I don't come from quitters. *sigh* For better or worse...

Today doesn't seem like a Saturday. Seems more like a Friday or a weekday. Well, this family didn't do its normal Saturday routine. Dad went to work, Aubree and a couple girls from our ward held a yard sale, Kami went to work then Rigby Lake afterwards and Mom crosstitched and visited with Mike and Jen. Come to think of it, Thursday didn't feel like itself, but only because Charmed moved to Sundays.
