However, that (the rain) didn't waylay my cabin fever. I still went out in it. I got the money off my Quest Card--I bought cat food and a brush for Egee Peege (Egypt) and got cash back so I can remain in the black. Tomorrow I need to deposit it.
While we were at it Mom decided to do some birthday shopping for me. We bought me a new wallet--mine's had it--and two summer outfits. Then we went to Harry Potter 3. All in all it's helped my cabin fever, but not gotten rid of it.
A song is always good for a rainy day and today's inspired me to be musical so... Here's a song for a soggy, rainy day.
Catch a Falling Star...
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Never let it fade away
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Save it for a rainy day
For love may come and tap you on the shoulder some starless night
Just in case you feel you want to hold her
You'll have a pocketful of starlight
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Never let it fade away
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Save it for a rainy day
For love may come and tap you on the shoulder some starless night
Just in case you feel you want to hold her
You'll have a pocketful of starlight
(Pocketful of starlight, hm,hm,hm,hm,hm,hm)
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Never let it fade away
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Save it for a rainy day
(Save it for a rainy, save it for a rainy, rainy, rainy, day)
For when your troubles start multiplyin' and they just might
It's easy to forget them without tryin'
With just a pocketful of starlight
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Never let it fade away
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Save it for a rainy day
(Save it for a rainy day)
Save it for a rainy day
