3) Would it be a live-action film or animated? Why?
At first I thought, Live-action. Definitely not animated, because some of the themes in my adult life are serious, and to me,animation involves a light-heartedness. But, I've started thinking and perhaps the Anime style of animation fits my life best. It spans all generations and ranges from light-hearted, silly and dreamy to the more adult themes and rationale.
4) Casting: who would play you, members of your family, friends, etc?
Well, since I finally decided on Anime that takes care of that. The characters would be drawn to resemble the people in my life--Anime-style. *pleased smile*
5. Describe the movie preview/trailer.
Shilo would be playing while clips of the movie came and went across the screen. It would first show a young woman laughing happily with a friend or two. The second shot would show another young woman being told her baby daughter had Cerebral Palsy. The third would show a young girl, obviously with a disability, playing on the floor with her Barbies, and another whould show her in her mama's teal silk nightgown, lying on a sofa playing Snow White. A fifth scene would come on and the child would be grown. She's daydreaming of being a daring heroine, saving others in danger. A sixth shot would give the viewers a more serious look into the young woman's life by showing an email from Evan saying he couldn't handle her disability and he was sorry. Another would show her looking up at the night sky, yearning to know what love is. A final shot would show her in triumph in accomplishing becoming a published writer. The music would change with each emotion the different scenes evoked. At the end it would display the title in a whimsical, feminine font and then a PG-13 rating, coming to theaters on Aug. 21, 2013.
